PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Discover and Personal or
Company Checks. NET 30 Accounts are available to properly rated firms. UPS or FED EX
C.O.D. service is available for $8.50 plus shipping charges.C.O.D. shipments
must be paid with secure funds (money order or cashiers check). We do not
accept personal checks for C.O.D. orders.
MINIMUM ORDER / SHIPPING CHARGES: In order to keep our prices
on aircraft tools as low as possible, we have a minimum order amount of $35.00. Any order under
$35.00 will incur an additional $2.00 small order charge. For any pre-paid order over
$85.00, we offer FREE ground shipping within the
continental U.S.A. Orders between $35.00 and $84.99 will be charged a flat
rate of $5.95 for Standard Ground Shipping. For orders outside the continental U.S.A., please add 15% to cover
shipping. Any overage will be promptly refunded. We ship tools all over
the world and welcome international orders.
RETURNS: Any defective tool may be returned freight prepaid to Brown
Aviation Tool Supply Co. and will be repaired, replaced, or credited, provided it has not
been altered, abused, or misused in any manner.
All items are sold with the understanding that the user shall determine the
suitability of the product for his or her intended use and assume all risk and liability
in connection therewith. Common Sense and various laws require the use of
approved safety equipment when working with any type of tool.
ORDERING INFORMATION
You may order by using our web site's secure online order page, our toll free number, by
FAX 24 hours a day, or by mail. If you are ordering by phone, please have your order
written down before you call, so that we may take your order as efficiently as possible.
If ordering by mail, please include all pertinent information such as quantity, size, etc.
Also please include a daytime phone number so that we may contact you if we have any
questions about your order.
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service the very same day we receive your order.
UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air service is available, please call for rate
information. FED-EX shipping is available at discounted rates, please call for specific
information. We gladly ship to APO / FPO military addresses via USPS Priority
Mail.
In the event an item must be back ordered, you will be advised promptly as to the expected
delivery date. We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times, however we
occasionally are back ordered by our suppliers.
