The quality of JIFFY® Threaded Drills is a direct result of the factory’s commitment to only using the absolute best materials available. All gears in JIFFY® Threaded Attachments are manufactured from a state-of-the-art C-350 high nickel alloy tool steel. This superb alloy has a higher shear strength and superior wear properties when compared to gears manufactured from less expensive alloys. JIFFY® drive shafts are manufactured from chrome-moly tool steel and bearing shafts are made from E52100 tool steel. JIFFY® threaded drills are not the least expensive tools on the market, but they are certainly some of the most dependable and durable threaded drill motors available.
